GuardSmart's

In-Services

Overview

To simplify, our in-service training program is a refresher course aimed to enhance skills and prepare lifeguards to respond effectively in emergencies tailored to their environment.

This program is hosted by an American Red Cross Instructor utilizing the training curriculum your guards were certified through.
By implementing facility-specific benchmarks; we aim to bring your lifeguard team quality assurance and performance excellence.

Training sessions occur bi-weekly on a day of your choice either before or after a shift. Our user-friendly training program provides a clear outline for daily objectives and adapts based on each lifeguard’s progression, which is monitored by both facility management and Guard Smart professionals.

Participants in our In-Service Training Program embark on a transformative journey that reinforces fundamental skills, addresses learning gaps, and instills effective emergency response methods to utilize in the field. Our multifaceted approach not only prepares lifeguards for a wide variety of emergencies but also enhances their capacity to ensure patrons' safety and well-being.

The skills and tactics learned in this program will prepare your lifeguards for any emergency. Our unwavering commitment to your facility’s success ensures that we do everything possible to help your guards excel in their role.

In the rare instance that we fall short, we are dedicated to making necessary improvements to mitigate any potential risk.
